Description:We are looking for a skilled and innovative professional to support our existing PeopleSoft ERP applications and lead the transition to a new ERP platform within 1-3 years. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining current applications in the PeopleSoft suite, as well as overseeing the migration to a future ERP SaaS application.Key Responsibilities:- Integrate PeopleSoft applications with business systems such as EDI, Demand Planning, and eCommerce platforms.
Work independently while contributing to discussions on business logic, processes, configurations, data management, and integration. Our Environment:- PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, including:

BI tools (Logi Analytics, MS Power BI) - eCommerce (XML, API, SQL)
MS Webservers PM21Requirements:- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities for complex business problems.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, able to convey technical info to non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Leadership: Ability to lead initiatives and projects independently.
Adaptability: Proactive approach to new technologies and changing business needs.
