I have bought from them several times through their Ebay store and once from their
listings. Each Ebay transaction has been great and I have never had problems w/item description, packaging, delivery and much less pricing. The other transaction through
was even better! The item arrived sooner than expected and in better condition than I anticipated. I purchased a $ 900 item for 80% less including shipping (which was an excellent rate). I currently have many items on my watch list and hope to continue to do business with them again.
I do wish that they would send a shipped notification and/or tracking info when buying from
. I don’t really think this is a huge problem, but I am just not patient =)

Update. After a long ordeal with Shorewood and ebay I have successfully launched my complaint against Karensbarn and Ebay has given me my money back as a courtesy as they investigate their fraudulent business practices.
is the feedback on ebay for Shorewood Liquidators doing business as Karensbarn. Under no circumstances should you purchase anything from this fraudulent seller. I have also launched a fraud claim with UPS for their attempts to blame them for the poorly packaged materials.
is where you should file complaints if you have also been a victim of fraud by these sellers.
for federal complaints. Again DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Well first off, check anything you buy from here. Don’t count on anything being accurate as in working or not. They even say so in the fine print, even though it says working it may not be, and goes on to say you still have to buy it. Well they make you pay first, so I doubt you get your money. I purchased a few items, and they were find. One item said working so I took its word and go home and the plug was melted, there was no way this thing worked as the add said.

Shorewood Liquidators Inc. auctions Items on eBay as «karensbarn». All their items are listed as «USED» even those items that are incomplete (For parts or not working) or NOT «…fully operational and functions as intended.» as eBay has defined «USED».
“USED” = «…fully operational and functions as intended.» by eBay policy. Anything less is Bate and Switch (fraud).
When I brought this error to their attention they chose to block me from purchasing from them. Why? I was simply attempting to bring good eBay policy to their attention.
Apparently they are engaged in FRAUD and know it and do not want anyone to bring their fraud to their attention or anyone else s. Well that did not work.
You have the power to vote with your feet and money, the choice is yours.
Thank you

Ok, tried the whole bidding on things at shorewood liquidators. The website is (
) and they advertise they liquidate merchandise that has been returned from a few major retailers such as kohls, Amazon, Sears, Walmart, Home Depot. I thought I might have stumbled upon a cool way to get cool stuff that may be lightly damaged or missing parts at a great price. I was very wrong! I bid on a pallet of 65 inch flat screen TV’s which had 7 TV’s on it. Won the bid for $ 300. They claim the TV’s can be either slightly damaged, have scratches, missing remotes or other minor things. I took the televisions home and to my surprise all seven of the television screens were completely shattered! What the hell am I going to do with TV’s that are completely destroyed! They don’t mention this possibility and miss lead me to believe only minor stuff to be wrong when in fact the TV’s were completely destroyed.
My mother-in-law got a couple pieces of furniture which were in decent shape but anything else we got where completely useless.
I wouldn’t trust this place. If you wanna try it out I’d strongly recommend you only bid on very low cost so same thing doesn’t happen to you! It’s a shame, I lost a lot of money trying this place out.
