Our experience with the Fresno Lumber Liquidators has been excellent. Very helpful & knowledgeable staff. The wood flooring we had installed is gorgeous and is one of the highlights of our home. Brittney & JP are awesome and have guided us well on our last two projects in the last two years. Financing is also a nice plus. Highly recommended :) ! ! !

Terrible customer service. Went to the store at 9:15am, the door was locked. There was myself and another family waiting. A gentleman finally opened up the door and acted very uninterested that any of us were there. I asked him about installs and he told me to call an 800 number and they would do that, and he turned around and started placing signs for the upcoming sale. Awful, they have lost me as a customer!

Last year I purchased 4 rooms of hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators and decided to now put the same flooring in my bedroom. I called and asked employee no. 1 if they had it in stock and she said no, they would have to get it from another store, she would check another store and call me back. She never did. I called again and employee no. 2 said he would check and call me back. He never did. I called the manager the following day and was told he was really busy, but would check. He called me back the next day and I was told I would need to pay $ 200 in shipping and they would have it delivered to my house the following Tuesday and someone would call me with the time. Nobody called on the following Tuesday so I called him and he gave me the number of the freight company and told me to call them, he was really busy. Three phone calls later, I was told they had it but couldn’t deliver it until Thursday between 12 – 5. I asked if my installer could pick it up with his truck since he was scheduled to install it Thursday at 8 am and I already had to change his scheduled installation date. This took another three phone calls for approval. When my installation man went to get it, many of the boxes were opened and several pieces were damaged. I called the store and was told someone would call me back next Tuesday (5 days). I called their headquarters and was sent an electronic survey to fill out. This was the worst customer service I have ever received after spending more than $ 8,000.

Looking to redo my flooring. My wife and I drove out to this location only to see that the show room was very small. We wNt in anyway and they did have nice products. The girl behind the counter only said do you have any questions and that was all. They didn’t really go out of their way to help us or direct us to what we were looking for. We’ll, my wife and I walked out and went and spend $ 6,000 somewhere else all based on the girl in the front that didn’t want to help us.

Let me start off by saying I was very happy with my purchase. I was not sure what I needed and the team helped me out. Brittany was the last person to help and I noticed the price change and she adjusted the full order. Great pricing and customer service. If you want great flooring at a great price I would recommend them!

Condensed review — Liars who open the store past posted business hours, and a corporate office that defends their existence.
Upon the realization that I’m still receiving advertising from this company I decided to post my experience. This past Spring I drove to what is a deserted industrial area to shop new flooring from Lumber Liquidators for my mother’s home. While there a male store employee told me of the upcoming no sales tax day scheduled for that Saturday. Upon my return on Saturday I waited forty minutes past the opening time for the store employees to arrive, purchased three boxes of product for a preview in the home and with the intent to return prior to closing for more, only to have that same sales person tell me there never was such a sale. Feeling rather deceived and without an understanding of why, I decided to shop further at Lowe’s and then attempted to return the LL product only to find the store once again closed during business hours. This time I didn’t wait for their arrival. When I contacted the corporate office they wouldn’t honor the return or assist since it was now several days past the 30 day return policy, and the corporate responder continued to quote policy — despite my experience or issues with their own store employees.
We purchased over 600 square feet of a beautiful and much higher quality product from Lowe’s and at a lower price than LL. Plus, Lowe’s accepts returns without time constraints or re-shelving fees imposed by LL.
This was by far my worst experience with any storefront, EVER, and as a result of dealing with these people I could never shop or refer anyone to this particular store or the company.

I bought my hardwood floors from here 2 years ago. Great service!!! Attention to everybody — — Dont pay the price that is posted on the hardwood u have chosen!!! Hagle with them!!! They wanted $ 3.89 a square foot for my choice!!! I ended up paying $ 3.19 a square foot!!! Thats .70 cents a square foot OFF!!! I saved over $ 1200 dollars just by opening my mouth!!! Keep that in mind when u visit this location. And dont buy the cheaper stuff, its terrible!!! Upgrade to better flooring, u will be happier in the long run!!! I installed it myself, its very easy to do. My floor looks great, Thanks for the savings!!!
